SAGRADA FAMÍLIA
The Sagrada Família, the unfinished masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí, is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Barcelona. The name means “Holy Family”. The first stone was laid in 1882 and the building of this church will continue for at least a decade, but it is already the most important monument of Barcelona. PARC GÜELL
Parc Güell is one of the world’s most intriguing parks. The colorful main staircase and the fanciful pavilions were designed by Antoni Gaudí and look as if they belong in a fairy tale. To each corner a miraculous surprise and each platform a great view. The many colors and shapes shows the best side of the artist Gaudí. Each centimeter proudly shows his work on this park.
CAMP NOU
Camp Nou is a football stadium in Barcelona that is the home of FC Barcelona since 1957. The Camp Nou holds 99,354 spectators and is the biggest Stadium in Europe, also the 3rd largest football stadium in the world with regard to capacity. It has numerous high-level international competitions hosted, including two UEFA Champions League finals and the football match at the 1992 Summer Olympics. A true pride of many football fans and an admirable and impressive construction work.
CASTELLERS
Castells, a Catalan word that means castles, are a cultural phenomenon typical of Catalonia and are human towers. This tradition originated in the late 18th century in Valls, Tarragona, where rival groups of people called Colles, began to compete in the construction of the different kinds of human towers that we know today.
MISCELLANEOUS
Montjuïc
Montjuïc is a hill located near the center of Barcelona. It features a large number of attractions, including the Spanish village, the magic fountain and MNAC, one of the most important museums of the city.
Rambla
The Rambla is the most famous street of Barcelona. The wide boulevard connects the Plaça de Catalunya, a busy square, with the Columbus Monument and the city’s waterfront.
La Seu Cathedral
In the Centre of the Gothic quarter, the heart of Barcelona, the Gothic Cathedral of the city, which is known as La Seu. The first stone of the Church was laid in the 13th century, but it took until the beginning of the twentieth century for the Cathedral to be completed.
Plaça de Catalunya
The Plaça de Catalunya, a large square surrounded by monumental buildings, is the busiest square of Barcelona. It is located between the old town (Ciutat Vella) and the nineteenth-century Eixample district.
Parc de la Ciutadella
The Parc de la Ciutadella is the most central park of Barcelona. The park includes a Zoo, a Lake, a large fountain and several museums. The Catalan Parliament sits in a building in the Centre of the park.
Casa Batlló
The colorful Casa Batlló, a renovated 19th-century building, is one of the many masterpieces of Gaudí in Barcelona. Its unique interior is just as extraordinary as the fairy-like exterior.
Casa Milà
Casa Milà, commonly known as La Pedrera, is the largest civilian building designed by Antoni Gaudí. This apartment complex was built between 1906 and 1910. It was the last work by Gaudí for he managed to dedicate to the building of the Sagrada Família.
Magic Fountain
The Font Magica or magic fountain is a large and spectacular colorful fountain that was built in 1929. When the fountain is active, changed the continued of color and form.
Barcelona Fish
De Peix (fish) is a unique sculpture that was built in 1992 on the water side of Barcelona. The big steel structure is an indication of the themes of the Frank Gehry work.
Tibidabo

Arc de Triomf
The Arc de Triomf is a triumphal arch built with colorful brick-work in Mudéjar style. The arch, designed by the modernist architect Josep Vilaseca, is decorated with a large number of sculptures and reliefs.
Gothic Quarter
The Barri Gòtic (Gothic quarter) is one of the three districts in the Ciutat Vella, the old town of Barcelona. It is one of the most fascinating areas in the city thanks to the abundance of Gothic buildings that were built here during the heyday of Barcelona in the middle ages.

RUMBA WORKSHOP
The Rumba dance has its origins in Africa and portrays the man in an aggressive manner, while the woman is in a defensive position. The name Rumba is Spanish and literally means “Party”. AQUARIUM
The aquarium of Barcelona is located in Port Vell, a port in Barcelona. The 35 aquariums of the facility are home to 11,000 animals divided into 450 species. The aquarium contains a total of 5,000,000 litres. It contains a giant Ocean tank with sharks, rays and other large fish species, where a 80 meter underwater tunnel runs. Terra mitica is a theme park located in Benidorm, Costa Blanca. The park is divided into 5 themed zones: Egypt, Greece, Rome, the Iberian Peninsula and the Islands. When Paramount bought most of the shares in 2000 of the park, the park got the name Paramount Parks Terra Mítica. In 2004, Paramount Parks decided to sell the shares. The region of Valencia took the park.
